Return / Refund / Cancelation Policy

Cheyenne Camping Center stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return unused items for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt along with the unused product and original packaging. For items purchased through our catalog or online, please follow the Return or Exchange directions below. To Return or Exchange an item by Mail 

Please email parts@cheyennecampingcenter.com or call 1-800-397-5673/1-563-284-6868 and request an RMA number

  1. Complete the section of your invoice titled {Exchange/Return} form. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.
  2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Address your package by using the return -shipping label that will be provided via email after filling out exchange return form. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card or Paypal account for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent. 

To Return or Exchange an Item at Retail

  1. Catalog and internet purchases can be returned or exchanged at Cheyenne Camping Center.
  2. Take the items to be returned to Cheyenne Camping Center along with your original invoice. 
  3. The retail location will process your return and refund appropriate amounts.
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable. 


Generators

You may return unused, unopened generators for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Any generator or motorized unit which is prepped with oil and gas at the time of purchase at retail locations, cannot be returned, unless defective. Generators, if they are still in the unopened original packaging and have not been used or prepped with oil and gas, can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. 

Electronics

You may return unused, unopened electronics for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required 

Software

You may return unused, unopened software for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Software that has been opened cannot be returned. 

Bedding

You may return unused, unopened bedding for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Bedding that has been opened cannot be returned. 

Special & Custom Order Items

You may change or cancel your order if item(s) have not been shipped. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. 

Other Return Information

Special & Custom Order Items: If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.

Backorders

If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email. We will notify you if a shipment is scheduled more than 10 days after the order date and give you a cancellation option. We will fill backorders before new orders when the backordered items become available again.
